Added sense of security

It is such great piece of mind knowing that I will be alerted when I’m away if there is smoke or CO2 detected in my home. The installation is so quick both at home and in the app. It connected with in seconds to my ring app with no issues. It is easy to test and maintenance is quick with the alarm taking just 2 batteries. Overall I love this added layer of security for your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the kidde/ring smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Very nice it links to the ring app and will notify you if any smoke or carbon monoxide is detected in your home right to your cell phone. Very easy to install only took minutes. Linking was a breeze if you have the ring app already installed. So far seems like the battery will last a long time. Definitely going to purchase more to put throughout my house.

Best home upgrade!

As soon as the setup was complete I started getting notifications. It’s dependable, has solid built quality and is a must have for a smart home.

Good safety device for home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the device is very light and easily to install, no need to call the professional :). We tested in the garage and it works great. We just have our house built and also have several good smoke alarm installed so I will use it in the barn. If you are using propane and this is the must have device. Good for safety for elderly folks home and babies too. The cons are batteries and you only have 30 days free trial to the ring app ( my paid ring app is not good- delayed and didn’t record).

Super easy install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off by saying that the install on this product was very easy. It went up quickly and it actually took more time to set up the app than it did to install the smoke detector. Had a bit of a hiccup with the Wi-Fi, but that was more my not being able to remember a password than it being hard to connect the Wi-Fi and the detector.
There are a couple of things that I'm not sure about with the app since we are new to the Ring family, but that could also be I'm still getting used to it. The hyper local comments threw me off at first...
But, back to the smoke detector, one of the things that we are most excited about is that this is both a smoke and a CO2 detector and where we put it is one of the places that we're most likely to see a CO2 issue. Based on some of the other alerts that I've seen, I know if there is an issue it will show up on my phone. So good product, easy install, and something I'm glad to have where it is.
