I assembled the pot seemed like great features. However did not have the 4 oz button for the espresso. The booklet says not on all models. Should denote that on the features on the outside of box and your advertisement. Bad product.
Purchased to replace my older Ninja Coffee Bar that started leaking. Wish I had listened to my instincts and kept looking when I saw almost all of the 5 star reviews were from people who received free product. Machine is noisy. Coffee is not as hot and doesn’t taste the same as my old Coffee Bar machine. Continually have grounds in my coffee, even after trying multiple grinds. Have not used pods/pod adapter. Permanent filter is a pain to clean-can’t just dump into garbage because grounds stick and it needs to be washed every time, sending grounds down the drain, which probably isn’t good for my septic system. Machine height necessitates pulling it out from under counter to add/remove grounds-not a deal breaker, but all things considered, very disappointed in this machine. I like the various brew options-got hooked on those with the Coffee Bar, but that isn’t enough to redeem this machine. It will be my interim machine until I find something comparable with better quality.
I had this for a few months and then it just stopped working. Whatever I do it just beeps and won't brew single cups or grounds. A complete waste of money.
I own the CFP301, which is the flagship of Ninja's coffeemakers, but it is big, and I wanted something for every day when I just make coffee for myself, but can still use my own coffee ground. That's where the PB051 come in handy. I have used for about a week since it was delivered, and I already love it. My CFP301 will remain in my house when I make coffee for a bigger crowd or when my husband's coffeemaker (not a Ninja) dies (which might be soon as it makes weird noises already). It is also nice to have small coffeemaker when you go on a trip and want to make your own coffee. You never know what coffeemakers you find in vacation places.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this Ninja Coffee Maker and I'm totally loving it! It's compact, super easy to use, and the best part is it can brew both pod and ground coffee. It has four brew styles (Classic, Rich, Over Ice, and Specialty) and various brew sizes which is awesome for when I want a little or a lot of caffeine. Plus, the built-in frother is a game-changer for making specialty drinks at home. On the downside, there's no temperature control and it takes a little longer than some other machines I've used, but honestly, the positives far outweigh these minor drawbacks. Definitely recommend it!
We've owned our Ninja coffee maker for almost a month now and absolutely love it, it brews the pods we use AND the grounds perfectly every time. Do not have any issues with grounds brewing into the coffee pot. We purchased this system after our 3rd Keurig in less than a year quit working. Here's hoping that this system will last longer but so far this thing is the new gold standard!
This is a great machine. Really great. It is simple and does what it does very, very well. If you love a great cup of coffee - a better cup of coffee than you've gotten with any of your previous coffee machines, don't hesitate to pick one of these up. So easy to use and so focused on making a great cup of coffee, not just a quick cup. Ninja has dialed in the process while making it incredibly easy for the human who selecting the variables. Size of pour, type of brew, iced or hot - those things are well designed and integrated, but again, what makes this machine stand out is how great the coffee is that it produces. I have not used pods and don't plan to because using ground coffee is so easy and produces such a great cup. I am very satisfied, if you can't tell.
