Loving it!

I received my new Ninja Single-Serve Coffee Maker about two weeks ago, so I cannot rate the longevity. This coffee maker is quieter and much faster than my previous Keurig K-Mini. After reading the instructions and care information, it is also very easy to use. It has a K-cup converter and a cup for using any ground coffee. It also comes with a declogging tool. I love the cup size options and the options for the coffee strength and type.

Makes a mess!

I was excited about this because it takes less space on my counter but... I am very disappointed with it... It makes a mess when using k-cups. I had 3 out 4 of them explode even after cleaning it. It's not worth is if it is going to mean more work just for a cup of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Drop the Keurig and get a Ninja

Switched from Keurig to a Ninja, my coffee no longer tastes watered down. It’s rich and bold. Also, s slimmer design.

Outstanding machine packed with features!

Fast and easy brewing with this dual use coffee machine.
The 1st unit I bought had a water leak and Ninja support sent me a replacement unit within 3 days.
The convenience of this unit is fantastic all I do is pop in a K cup or coffee grounds and it's brewing almost immediately.
The frother feature is a nice addition for making specialty brewed coffee.
The unit is easy to clean and store away. This would make a great gift for any coffee drinker.

pod / grind flashing lights

I own 6 units, after going through 600 pods i noticed the pods stopped working, the machine would only allow or work with the grind basket, meaning there is an issue with the pod holder basket, I'm certain of this I bought a brand new machine and tried the new machines pod holder in the nonworking machine and puff it works great again, now I know they make replacement pod holders available for purchase, but you need to get on the waiting list total bummer. now. TO TELL IF YOU NEED A NEW POD BASKET YOU WILL SEE BOTH CUPS FLASHING UNABLE TO SELECT ANYTHING WHILE POD HOLDER REMAINS IN PLACE switch out to grinds and you can open pods and pour into grind basket or switch to grinds...

Easy to use and keeps my coffee hot. I especially love that I can switch from pods to grounds very easily. There is an adjustable stand to prevent splatter. I use this daily and haven't had any issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!
