I reached out to support almost 2 years after my initial purchase with a question. The agent, Daisy, got back to me quickly and helped me resolve the issue. She was excellent. I've purchased again multiple times from the company because of the great experience I have. Recommend 100%.

I鈥檓 a real estate investor, and when I use Aosu products on a property I've purchased, I really think Aosu is much better than Ring, particularly in after-sales service.

These cameras were easy to set up and install. They work exactly as described in the batteries last for a while if you're not charging them with the solar panels. We were missing one of the armatures for the wall mount for one of the cameras, and getting replacement was simple. Daisy responded quickly and sent us the parts we were missing without delay. Great experience!
