Eric helped resolve a subscription issue I had. After some back and forth he agreed to a refund which was a great relief. My only surprise, since their online program is very user friendly, was that they couldn’t see what I was trying to point out on my subscription. Now it
looks like their programming department has placed measures in place to avoid subscription issues in the future.

I’ve had the four pack for about a year when two of them went down unexpectedly (technical issues). I was able to get in contact with Support and was elevated to Ann. She was able to send me two replacement cameras that are now up and running. Thanks for your support!

Awesome system for the price!
Everything was easy to install and set up, and the app is easy to use. The picture quality and night vision are great. The audio quality is not the best, but for the system is still great value for the price.
The only issue I had was that the camera mounts are at a fixed angle, which weren't going to work because we needed the cameras to be tilted at an angle.
Fortunately, the solar panel mounts are adjustable and they also fit the cameras, so we used the panel mounts for the cameras and they work great! The fixed angles for the camera mounts worked with the angle of our roof so the solar panels still charge the cameras even though we can't adjust the angle.
So far everything has worked great!

Highly recommended! One of the best cameras I have installed around the house. Good quality and easy navigation throughout the application! It records everything in high quality. No complaints here!!!
