I am very happy with the outcome of my problem. I had a camera that quit working and they worked with me trying to resolve the problem. Water somehow made it's way into the camera and when it was determined that the camera could not be brought back on line they replaced it.

I am very pleased with it. The recordings are remarkably clear, surpassing any previous system I have owned. I have even recommended it to two individuals, and they are equally delighted with their purchases.

Got a set of 6 cameras and a home base from an auction and had issues with everything being linked to another account. Support helped me get the cameras delinked/unbound and after getting them set up everything works perfectly and has really good quality! Would definitely recommend these camers for the quality!

IVE had this set of cameras for a little over a year now and they have been great rhey keep all the unwanted people away and the support is unreal when I first got these cameras one didnt work and they sent a new one in no time and any issues IVE had rhey are always there you can’t go wrong with these cameras they work well easy to set up and put where ever you want you’ll even catch the dog taking a dump in your yard

Overall uptime has been great with these cameras. I have had instances where the batteries seem to deplete faster on some days but that's been due to foot traffic and or bushes that move with the wind. By adjusting the sensitivity and to only record human traffic it has resolved the duration of the battery on a solar charge.
I recently had an issue where water got into one of the cameras and the support team worked with me to analyze and send out a new one!
Regardless, the devices have held up really well and I'd suggest them to a friend.

The overall quality for the price is a very good. However, the doorbell camera was on backorder, and I still yet to receive it.
