Very Comfortable - learning curve for adjustments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the upgrade at my desk to the Ergonomic Chair Pro. I bought the seat extender because my desk is unusually high. It's very comfortable. Assembly was very clearly described and organized. Adjustments are a little tricky to figure out but there is a handy card for referal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 20+ years on the same desk chair that was damaging my new desk, I decided to give the Branch chair a go after rave reviews from my son! Not only does it look great and go perfectly with our home office decor, it is incredibly comfortable!

Poor quality - Bottom cushion loses all support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t even sit on the chair anymore. After a month (maybe 40-60 hours of total sitting in it the bottom cushion lost all its form and I had to buy a separate pillow on top of it. They replaced the seat, which was very nice and surprising, but even that one bottomed out after a few weeks.

Great Chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived quickly. Easy to assemble (I put it together by myself in 30 minutes). Substantial weight. Moves nicely. Comfortable seat. Maybe one too many bell/whistle on the arm adjustments for me, but that’s a minor issue. My only real concern is that the seat is a little too low. I have it extended to its highest setting and I wish the seat was a little higher off the floor. I’m 5’ 8”.

Not for short people

The seat itself is comfortable. However, at 5'4", my feet are just on the ground. I get by with a pair of crocs or a small stool under the desk for full comfort. Also, the arms of this chair are rock hard. I plan to get an arm cushion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions were good, but the setup took WAY more time than expected. A couple of the screw holes are in tight (for my hands) places. That said, learning how/where to make adjustments was straightforward. The chair seems comfortable , and I'm looking forward to using it. :)

Nice Office Chair At First Impressions!

The Ergonomic Chair Pro at first impressions seems to be a great office chair for my home office. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were very straight forward and clear. I have an above average build and tall and I like the adjustability of the seat depth which helps give my longer thighs better support when sitting for long periods of time. The fabric seems to be pretty durable; only time will tell if it stands up to my daily use. The foam in the seat is nice and thick and solid when new, hopefully that does not change. I do wish it was manufactured with memory foam as I believe that would provide a better seat for the long term. I will be watching how well this particular seat performs going forward.
