If you want cushion and comfort, this isn't it.

It's a pretty chair, but that's about it. I'm 5'2" and around 185 lbs. The lumbar support is lacking depth and reach. I had an Aeron chair before this and have never felt so uncomfortable while sitting. If anything, I'd be really focused on the warranty before fully committing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I apparently ordered the wrong color and I was disappointed that it’s so light, however, it was already put together and we didn’t want to disassemble it. The chair is so comfortable and intuitive, we didn’t want to go without it, so we kept this color even though it’s for a 14 year old who is slightly messy.

Nearly perfect chair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super comfortable and more adjustments than you will be able to figure out. There is very little to dislike about this chair. Any criticism would be kind of being picky. I would absolutely buy this chair again. One benefit for me that really makes a difference. I was lookin for a chair that the arms would get completely out of the way. As a guitar playing musician, I spend a lot of time practicing with my computer in front of me. Instead of putting the screws in the right arm during assembly, I left them out. I can flip one lever on the underside of the seat and pull the whole arm out thereby providing the room for the body of the instrument. It would have been nice to be able to just lower the entire arm to seat level but this works just as well with minimal effort. Kudos to Branch. Nice job.

Too low to the ground

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chair is good quality but the height barely adjusts.... the highest it goes and I'm still low to the ground at about 6 ft 1. Unfortunate.

I really needed a new chair, and HSA/FSA coverage made this the obvious choice

I had been looking to replace my old desk chair for quite some time, and was considering brands that were sponsoring some of the YouTube channels that I watch. But those chairs were out of my budget, and I didn't see that the added features were really worth the price tag. Then I found out I could buy this chair using my HSA funds. I chose this model because I could also get the Tall Cylinder, which is an absolute blessing.My only potential gripe is with the armrests. In my previous chair I could fold them up adjacent to the backrest, completely out of the way when I needed elbow room. In this chair, my only real option is to install them or don't. Both options work aesthetically, and honestly I could switch within a few short minutes, but I don't have the choice to quick deploy or stow on demand.
