Amazingly customizable chair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair feels so great and I have been able to perfectly match it to my proportions and sitting posture. My only complaint is how there is no way to lock the arm rests! If I find my self sliding down in my chair, I have a habit of using the arm rests to lift myself back up except that in doing so, they move! The movement is nice, as it allows further customization to how you sit, but the inability to lock it into place isn’t.

Best Chair for WFH

Had been living with an uncomfortable chair for five years and enough was enough. The Ergonomic Chair Pro is phenomenal and makes me wish I had made the upgrade sooner. It's comfortable for sitting at my desk 8+ hours a day and has the same look as more expensive options from other brands. 10/10 would recommend this chair to anyone who has been on the fence or debating whether an upgrade is worth it - it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always purchased chairs that fit my budget, but I realized I spent more on the cheapy ones than buying quality. Well if you add the cheap ones together, I spent more on those combined than a nice chair. I was constantly having tension headaches, having to go to the chiropractor, and getting massages because of how much pain my neck was in and it was affecting my daily life. My hubby had to work in my office one day and after just a couple hours, he came out and told me my chair was the reason I was having so much tension in my neck and that I needed to buy a new one. I chose this chair and my tension in my neck is gone!

Excellent chair; just one downside so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair has been fantastic! More comfortable and much more adaptable! My only gripe would be that the wheels don't lock. This would be helpful when using an under desk elliptical or if needing to stay stationary.

But my biggest complaint is that it does not lean back nearly enough. I thought I would be able to really lean back, but it hardly moves. I have found cheaper chairs that are more comfortable. Also, the arm rests move quite a bit. They jiggle. They seem cheap because they are not solidly attached. I know they are adjustable, but still. I was going to order two and have a matching set, but now I am looking for another kind of chair.

Not for 6 foot tall person

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great comfort and adjustment features. A 6-foot person can get the perfect seat height with a cylinder change, but the back is very low. This chair just won't do 6 ft even though it claims the range goes to 6' 2". Buying the head rest will not help. The head rest needs to go slightly higher. It would matter, because my head doesn't touch the head rest unless I look at the ceiling directly above me and then my shoulders push it further back away from my head. I have kept this chair for over a year and I guess it just because I invested in it. Maybe a shorter person can use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
