Would not recommend

I am 5'10, and 180lbs for reference. Issues with chair : Leather feels like a pencil would puncture it, I have serious doubts on how long this will last me.Chair is built of majority plastic components and joints leading to a general feeling of shakiness when new everything is tightened and overtightened following Branch support directions, again I don't expect this to age well. Headrest has a "friction" connection for adjusting tilt, the only way to get it to stay in place at all is to overtighten the screws of the joint to the point where it feels like you will break the plastic structure. In general their strategy seems to be friction resistance joints which don't work well. The arm rests will move all over throughout the day if you shift your weight much or apply any pressure from your elbows, requiring constant readjustment. My lumbar piece came missing screws so that the adjustment paddles simply fell out when trying to adjust the lumbar. Branch is sending me a replacement at no charge. Not trying to sound entitled but at this price point this is expected level of support/ remedy. I will say it's pretty. Returning the chair honestly is just too much of a hassle, I will use it for the expected 1-2 years I think the materials will last and then do what I should have done and shell out for something from a more reputable company. I went with this brand trying to save money and in 5 years I fully expect to need a new chair, so attempt failed. It feels like Branch is spending more time and money creating a soft millennial marketing and user experience than it is designing quality furniture.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First this is a beautiful chair - so aesthetically, it works really well in our Design Studio. Secondly, it is one of the most comfortable desk chairs I've ever had. I highly recommend to those sitting at a desk for several hours at a time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not expecting this chair to be as comfortable as it is. My posture is so much better in this chair than what I had. Assembly of the chair was super easy as the instructions were written in grammatically correct English and easy to follow. Being able to put the chair together yourself, you are able to see/feel the great quality of the parts and the chair itself. Great job, Branch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did lots of research and settled on Branch Pro for ergonomic fit and style. Assembled in 20 minutes this morning with one tool that comes with. Very comfortable and looks amazing in my home office!
