Have used the device for a few weeks and it takes time to learn to use it efficiently. Seems to clean well. Very little debris when I floss afterwards. I ordered a couple of pik tips before I started. Was disappointed the tips included did not include a pik tip. Only negative about the handheld is the water reservoir could be larger. Usually do two refills each use.

All in one device is convenient. It also makes it too easy to hit the start button before you are ready. I have shot water all over my mirror just picking up the device. Be careful!

Works great and does a wonderful job. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the control buttons are easy to change by accident when moving the device around to all the nooks and crannies. Battery life is excellent.

Water pressure is low compared to my last 2 water flossers (Phillips and plug in Waterpik). The water capacity is much smaller.
