When not in use, it leaks water all over the place. The pressure is not that good. I’m sorry I bought it.

Hello Alllll - We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your WP-580. If water is left in the reservoir after use, it may leak during storage. If you've been emptying the unit and the issue persists, please contact us at 1-800-525-2774 or smreviews@waterpik.com so we can help. While cordless models provide less pressure than countertop units, they are still designed to deliver an effective clean. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the product isn't meeting your expectations.
I could be wrong, but I feel like this one holds slightly less water than the previous one I had, a more basic model. This one also, as soon as you put it on the counter, if there’s a little bit of water left, it leaks. I never had that problem before. And the flap that keeps the water in should be a little bit more secure
Long battery life, easy to hold, and the nozzle reaches everywhere. I'm used to a stronger pressure, but now I find it enough to be effective. I'm not crazy about the way it charges but all in all great product.
Excellent charging process. Way better than competitors. Only issue I have is the high speed setting does not have enough power. It needs to be 2X what it currently is set at by manufacturers. Had the speed issue been what it should be I would have given 5 stars.
I like the smaller compact size vs the real old ones. The jet stream is really good. The only issue I have is getting the left over water completely out of the chamber. So glad this is now part of my dental care.
Works really good, battery charging is magnetic and it doesn’t come with the USB charging plug and you have to make sure you either have the correct one or buy it. The manual specifies the exact one you need.
This waterpik is much easier to use than many I have used in the past. I like that it is not connected by a hose to the water source. I'm finally learning how to keep the water in my mouth and the sink and not all over the counter and mirror. Practice makes perfect!
