Very disappointed. Water gets all over. Constantly starting and stopping and getting rid of water in my mouth. I will stick to my routine which involves flossing, sulcular brush, soft picks, electric tooth brush and regular tooth brush twice a day.

We're sorry that you find it difficult to use. Make sure that you are looking down into the sink and leave your mouth partially open to let the water down into the sink. I like it but thought it would be more powerful. On the other hand, more power most likely isn’t good for the gums. I definitely use warmer water. Cold shocks my teeth a bit. It’s taking me a bit of time to get used to it. I wish they would have labeled the different attachments.

I find the buttons too sensitive, my previous model had switches which were a deliberate push. With the buttons I find I'm changing sensitivty by accident or switching on/off when I don't mean to. Appreciating this may be me and a learning curve but feel like it should be ok out of the box without being able to accidentally change sensitivity modes or on/off.
