Love my Xmas present! Named her Joy! Joy does an amazing job of cleaning! I am still learning how to program her for individual rooms! I did talk to the helpline couple of times. Super busy with work. Wish I have more time to spend with her. Is there a video that teaches how to set it up for individual rooms, etc. Whole house map pretty good for the most part. Thx

I am so happy with my Roborock! I have a black Lab who sheds like crazy and the Roborock cleans up pet hair so well. Floors look great- I just have her vacuum and then I do quick mop. Voila!

Very good vacuum

I put this guy in my room and it reliably cleans my room every day. When this vacuum comes to carpet it senses that it is carpet and steps into a higher gear on its own. It has ran 5 days a week, pretty much every week. I was amazed how well it navigates and maps my house. It can go over uneven thresholds some other vacuums cannot. I would buy this again without hesitation, it's just that good. Nothing feels better than walking barefoot on always "just cleaned" floors.

Best Purchase Ever

I received this robot vacuum for my birthday from my husband and I can't be happier. I named my Roborock “Rose” and I am so impressed with how this cleans. The first time I used it the floor even looked shinier! It sucks up dust, dog hair so much so that I clean the dust bin every day. Much more effective than a broom. So far I have only used it on vinyl flooring every single day. I'm sure it would be great on tile and carpeting. Multiple maps is a must have for us since we have an upstairs and our living room is a different level than our kitchen so it can’t go from one to another. It’s pretty easy to change maps on the app which is nice. It’s also super easy to set up. The app works well. No issues connecting to 2.4gz WiFi. Cheers to this device!

I bought a Q5 before and very satisifed with it. Later on I bought another one for my parents in the countryside. They got it all set up and running without my instruction. The app is straight fowrad to use. Back to the basics, the vacuuming is excellent! It works pretty well on both my carpeted floor and parent's wooden floor. Best of all, it picks up pet hair nicely. So far I love it so much and will consider buying the auto empty dock.

The best choice I've ever made

I was planning to get a robotic vacuum for myself as a bday gift, I searched a lot online, I went to several robotic vacuum companies' website, I was very impressed by the Roborock robotic vacuums, smart, convenient,time-saver; From what I learned, the current best device they have should be S7 MaxV Ultra, which is absolutely cool, while for my 40㎡ carpeted apartment, I think it is too much, haha; after compared with different products, I chose the Q5, which supports vacuuming feature only, which is exactly what I need; strong suction power-2700Pa, LDS navigation system, map feature, perfectly match my needs; I have been used it for about 3 weeks, so far so good, it always run in maximum cleaning mode on the carpet to pick up the debris; also, it is compatible with the Auto Empty Dock Pure, may get one in the future so that I do not have to clean the dust bin everyday.
