Worst Machine stay away

Worst machine i have ever bought. Stay away. I opened and it gave me problems, they got mother board change in oct end, Jan I was out of town Feb Mid again wont start. They say hey its gone bad conveniently and say hey buy new. Waste of money.

Broke in less than 3 months

I bought this product less than 3 months ago. Now it just randomly jerks and spins around bumping into things and cannot vacuum in a straight line. It also created a weird tilted map. Waste of money.

Great vacuuming, great app. Really bad mopping.

The vacuum feature is great. The app is fantastic. I had to go 3 stars because of the mopping feature. It's pretty useless because it puts down water in a very narrow strip of water leaving a lot of area to the right and left of that strip unmopped. I realize this is a lower end model, but if it has the mopping feature, it should do a decent job mopping. It does not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vacuum function is pretty good, mop function could be better

The vacuum portion works pretty good but the mop portion on this model could be better. I am impressed with the vacuum setting. Picks up extra dirt brought in by the animals and I have hardwood floors.* Mop setting leaves dry spots on the highest water setting. Maybe something I will run in between more robust, deep mopping. Recognizes to not go under things if makes contact with main body, but gets confused if it only hits the round top part. Will bang at a particular furniture item so we have to block it off. Had a couple weeks; hope it lasts with recommended maintenance.

Great vacuum - does a fabulous job getting cat hair, human hair, dirt, debris and keeps our carpets/floors nice and clean. Only point of note: the only voices for the robot are female sounding. Even my phone and smart home devices have multiple options, so the “women are the only cleaners of the home” trope continues even in my home.

Absolutely love my roborock so far. Cleans well, has never gotten stuck, finds its way back to the dock AND empties. Brushes are easy to remove any hair attached to them (which is not much). I hope I feel the same way many months from now

My house has 3 people all with long hair, so we would constantly have random hair on the floor everywhere. Human hair is the worst for vacuums, but this Roborock Q5 Max+ is amazing for human hair. There are few places for the hair to get stuck, and all of the places where the hair does get caught, the machine is designed to be easily cleaned. The design of this machine clearly actually included how it would be cleaned (unlike the previous robot vacuums I've used). The rollers easily come apart to release caught hairs. I love it. Plus the lidar and room mapping is so nice to have

Works great! It's a vacuum so you need to pick up everything and keep your rooms tidy for it to do its job. This vacuum helps me do just that. It's fun watching it work and satisfying knowing that the floors are getting cleaned without the push vacuum getting pulled out. The real-time view in the app is a very nice feature. I only gave it 4 stars because I thought that once the LiDAR maps out a room, Roborock will stop bumping into things that it knows is there such as the wall base boards, desk legs, dressers, etc. Even though it shows that on the map, it still bumps into them.
