My husband gave me my RoborockQ5 for Christmas. I love her. We named her Hazel. i love that she can either do rooms or zones. We have new hardwood floors and she is amazing. Our floors are dirt and dust free. She doesn't get lost or stuck. And she doesn't back talk. She's perfect.

I like the Bot but The fonts used in the app. are hard to read. I wished they would change to a solid line font instead of a hollow font that makes it blurry.

So far so good. Makes our iRobot Roomba (we've taking to calling the iRobot "Big Dummy") look like an idiot. Roborock doesnt seem to get caught anywhere, or bump into things at 1000 mph, and seems 1/2 as loud. Wish I'd gone with Roborock in the first place.

Only started using my roborock vac a week ago but so far I love it. I clear the floor of small pieces of furnitur (ottoman) and other decor, activate the vac and then take the dog for a walk and when we get back Rosie (you have to name your vac) is almost done. I have a Golden Retriever that sheds a ton. My floors look great and I get to do something else while they're being cleaned.
