Item arrived quickly and Better than I expected

I recently purchased the Q5 and received it very quickly. I'm absolutely grateful of how good this little friend cleans his way through my house. Had a little issue on connecting to wifi but the support team was great. Then I mapped 2 floors without any problem. Definitely enjoy the ability to have the Roborock clean via my smartphone! The suction power is strong and picks up dog hair and dog food very well. It's easy to maintain and seldom gets stuck. I'm considering to buy a Auto-Empty Dock Pure to work with it, that I won't need to clean the dustbin frequently.

Effective and efficient.

I am only interested in a vacuum robot. I read quite a few reviews after looking for a robot vacuum. A somewhat more realistic recommendation with a good price-performance ratio would have been more desirable. This is the vac for me!
Battery life is good- I timed it at 90min. runs around 5 rooms, gets tired and goes back and parks himself.
Fancy 3D mapping capabilities and Fast mapping, it only cost me 15 mins to create a map.
You can definitely use Roborock while you're working from home, the noise is super tolerable. Sounds like an air conditioner window unit. She's on the quiet side for a vacuum. I've easily concentrated on work at my desk or watched a show while she's running. She does have a few voice report when she's turned on, switching modes, or docking. I like the option of scheduling her runs, but I generally just set her to go when I have a little time to pick up some potential obstacles in her path.

The vacuum robot does a good job, vacuums quickly and relatively thoroughly. Individual rooms and certain zones can also be controlled with the app, which we also use regularly.
Unfortunately, the device is relatively loud in my opinion. That's why he almost always vacuums when we're not at home.

Best Vac

I did a lot of research and YouTube videos before deciding on Roborock. I believe they produce the best robot vacuums at value for money. My wife was skeptical but is a convert now as this has all but replaced our upright vac.

Multiple maps is useful!!

Floor cleaning can be more easy with roborock, and the Roborock Q5 can save multiple maps(a total of 4 maps to be precise)， which make it ideal for my houses with several floors.

Solid Purchase

I think I might have found a solid replacement for my kitchen vacuum. Honestly, no one wants a dirty floor and with my old robo vacuum I purchased back in 2017, it was time for an upgrade. There’s a few things that I really enjoy about this vacuum, but there’s a few things that I’m not a fan of.

Good purchase, a bit expensive – but for the brand name and less manual sweeping. It was well worth it!

The best products we have ever purchased!
For a while I have wanted to purchase a Roborock Vacuum and when my husband and I purchased it, it became the product that made our lives so much easier! To give a background on our lives, my husband and I both work fulltime jobs and have 3 cats who shed a lot. We decided to purchase our Roborock Vacuum because we found ourselves extremely tired of constantly sweeping or vacuuming every single room in our home because of the amount of cat fur we found on the floor. We previously had a vacuum but did not like it because our old vacuum never fully cleaned the floor properly. We always found fur on the ground after we just vacuumed. Since we got our Roborock Vacuum, we don’t stress or worry about the cat fur being everywhere because our Roborock vacuum cleans every single bit of hair of the floor. It reaches in and cleans every tight spot in our house and the great thing is that it navigates very well and memorized our home. Having this product has helped us tremendously. The application works great, and we can schedule our cleanings every single day. Additionally, we love that when it needs to be charged, it automatically goes to its charging port without us needing to pick it up and charge it. The vacuum doesn’t have a long cord that can be annoying when used like our old vacuum. It cleans very well in all types of flooring. We have carpet, wooden floors, and ceramic flooring and the vacuum cleans well in all of them. One of my favorite qualities about this vacuum is how easy it is to clean the filter. With my old vacuum I had to take the dirt holder and dump it in a bag outside because as soon as I opened it to clean it, a bunch of dust would fly out. On the other hand, with the Roborock vacuum it is so easy to clean, and I don’t have dust flying out on the ground. I am currently pregnant and every day it got harder and harder for me to clean. I get tired very easily but as soon as we purchased the Roborock vacuum, I have the opportunity to rest more and live in a home that is nice and Tidy. This is definitely a product I would recommend everyone to purchase. I recommended this to my mother, and she now has one. She herself has a dog who sheds a lot, and she lives with arthritis in her legs and since she got her Roborock Vacuum, cleaning has been so much easier for her. She doesn’t feel the pain she felt when she had to sweep the floor with a broom now. She has the chance to get some rest while her roborock cleans the house. She loves it so much; she even named her roborock Vacuum. This has been our best purchase and I hope it will be yours too!

Can recognises most of the obstacles

Q5 can recognises most of the obstacles and marks them on the map. Therefore, it usually doesn’t bump into pieces of furniture.It drives around the apartment without any problems so far.
