Great for the everyday!

I really like my Roborock for everyday cleaning. It was a little confusing getting it set up but I am not very tech savvy. We have 3 dogs in the house so this vacuum is used often!

Vacuuming nicely

I have the Roborock Q5 and the auto-empty dock pure for a couple of weeks, and use it in a daily basis. It really helps me a lot. Usually, I use the scheduled cleaning feature to let it vacuum my house, after I go out for work. When I come back home, I see that the floor is clean, making me so happy. It could clean the hard floor very well. What’s more, it vacuums the carpet so nicely, and picks up hairs or other small debris inside the carpet. I’ve done some researches online, saying that some models with the rubber brushes couldn’t clean the carpet properly. But the Q5 works really well on the carpet, because it has the bristle brush roller. Perhaps, the main brush roller matters. The Q5 doesn’t have the mopping feature, which is a little disappointing. Just image that, if it has the mopping feature, and the good vacuuming performance, that would be fantastic.

Very impressive. Smart and loaded with tech. Much better than our old vacuum. It completed a perfect map on the first run through the house. The software divided the space into rooms. I then used the software to further divide and fine-tune rooms, draw no-go zones, and name the rooms. You can create any room names you wish. I can ask for a whole house cleaning, or specific rooms via the app. We are happy with the cleaning results. You can choose from four suction levels. It has no problem climbing onto and vacuuming our area rugs. So far, we have no complaints. The best thing I've purchased this year!

Best acquisition ever!

We cleaned the entire home using this vacuum. It performed a terrific job and is quite quiet. Our dog has long hair, and it did a wonderful job of gathering up the hair.
This device has helped me maintain the house in a better state of order as a working parent with two children under 3 and a cat. It did have a day where it stopped removing larger pieces of carpet dirt, but when I looked closer, I saw that it was because I had neglected to do so and the brush had accumulated some buildup. It's by far the finest investment I've made for our home this year!

A life saver.

A life saver. As a busy household of three children under 6 and 3dogs, it really helps. Never worried about the dog hairs. And also I could set no go zone to protect the babys. The dog is bemused by it and leaves it alone.

Pet Hair Where?

Moved into a bigger house recently and didn't want to spend a lot of time sweeping up pet hair.
The way this Roborock picks up all the dirt and fur is amazing! So far, I'm pretty happy with it! It does a fantastic job of reaching every nook and cranny—under beds, in closets, etc.
It easily transitions from carpet to hard flooring, but it doesn't really like a few of my larger throw rugs. Oh well, that's not a big deal as they aren't near high traffic areas.
You can connect it to your Echo Dot and use the app to operate it from your phone, or you can just connect it and let Alexa handle everything.

My mom is happy with Q5!

Finally got my Roborock Q5 vacuum robot at home. It creates the map very quickly, and split rooms with different colors precisely. And I could use zone cleaning in the front of the mirror, it is the hair disaster area.
The time I started the robot, I heard my mother was chuckling. She used to blame me that my hair is everywhere which almost drives her crazy. But now it is very convenient for the robot to vacuum all the hair in a flash.
What’s more, every time I see my mom is doing cleaning, she has to bend deeply to sweep the floor under the sofa. It always makes her back pain. Now Q5 relieves my mom, also me.

Q5 is the greatest we've had thus far. We set it to vacuum two rooms, a corridor, and a bathroom at the same time every day. It is configured to vacuum the whole floor once a week, and it has performed wonderfully for the two weeks that we have had it.
I've also used the app to instruct it to avoid the area behind the entertainment center, which has a tangle of connections and cords. I utilized the same function to keep it out of our laundry area, and the programming worked.
It cleans hard surfaces and carpets well. The suction level can be adjusted using the app, but if you don't, it will raise automatically as it travels from a hard surface to a carpet.
We are quite pleased with this robot after two weeks of operation.
