Great purchase!

I just love my robot vacuum. It was very easy to set up. Hooked right up to Alexa, although I don't use it that way since you can set it on a timer on the Roborock app. I have it set to run at 7am Mon - Friday, and 10pm Sat & Sun. LOVE this little pet, makes our lives so much easier!

The roborock q5 comes without a wipe function, personally I don’t mind that, because the wipe function can’t replace the manual wipe with a wipe mop very effectively with most hybrid models.
You can control the vacuum via remote control, send it back to the charging station via the app and adjust the suction power. Of course, firmware updates can also be downloaded and executed.

Removes pet hair

Powerful 2700Pa suction and on a single cycle it’ll get about 80% of dog hair especially if you have clumps of dog hair on hardwood like we do but the nice thing is you can either have it do 2 or more cycles or you can use the zone clean to just hit a specific spot that it may have missed which is nice. Since it has a long battery life I always have it do 2 cycles.

So far the vacuum has worked perfectly. The only thing I would wish for is a larger collection container. Especially with new carpets, it quickly becomes full of fibers (of course only from the loose ones).

Terrific!

I decided to get the one with the brush roller because I have two dogs and an elderly cat. Terrific! Years went by before I finally gave in to the pressure from two female friends and purchased one of them. I'm really glad I did since now my house is finally clean, including behind the beds and furniture. Willie, my cat, doesn't like it yet but will eventually get used to it and may even ride it around the house.

Great vacuum suction

The Roborock Q5 is the most worth-buying vacuum cleaner that i've ever had. It comes with 2700Pa of suction power, which is more than most other robot vacuums that cost twice as much. This represents that it is able to easily pick up dirt and dust off of the floors in your home. It also includes carpet boost, so once it detects that it is on carpet, it will boost the suction as needed. Lucky for having this robot.

Not the best, but good enough for me!

I live in an apartment which is not very big. Usually i clean my apartment once a week but recently i'm super busy so i think 'why don't get a little helper?' I began to search online and i choose Q5 at last. It's not expensive so I can afford it easily. I used it for a week now, to be honest, it impressed me a lot! After a map is saved, it can clean my apartment by itself according to the schedule i set. I don't need to worry about the dirty floor anymore. My little helper will take care of it! I love it!

App is very user-friendly!

I absolutely love my new vacuum. Previously I had a xiaowa robot which can’t be programmed to do room cleaning and doesn’t support mapping feature. We then decided to upgrade to Q5 which is totally a game changer. The roborock app is very user-friendly and it has all sorts of features. We now have scheduled our robot to clean our living room twice a week and clean other rooms once every day. BTW, if you ever need to block some areas on map, you can just use the no go zone feature on app. It is very convenient compared with using magnetic tape.
