Exceeds my expectations!!

The Roborock Q5 did a great job on the low carpet!!! No matter whether sand, oat flakes or lentils, It cleaner hardly reaches its limits. I am delighted with my new household helper.

Better than expected! Cost-effective！

It's my first experience with a robot vacuum. It was easy to set up with the app, particularly for someone who is not a "techie" person. Still playing with all the features but very easy to set up a scheduled cleaning time and it really picks up everything. The first time to use it seemed a bit "lost" going over a specific area repeatedly but now it seems to know it's way around the house well, navigating around kitchen stools, the ottoman that gets moved around, toys, and the lazy dogs. It does a good job and is great with pets/kids in the house. Nice app, good room delineation and editing, spot clean, no go areas, Good suction, this vacuum hits all my needs! Highly recommend!

Arrived faster than expected, and very easy to set up. Connected to google home which works great. If you want to use it on multiple floors, you can add up to 4 maps. happy with this purchase.

Great vacuum at price point

I did a lot of research before purchasing this one and it is brilliant so far! I set it up right after opened the box and it scanned all rooms accurately. It gets stuck under the sofa in the first run and I have to add a no go zone. That works indeed. I have to say the design of dustbin is not good, as it is combined with the outer cover. I empty the dustbin twice a week and I think I will get an auto empty base when there is a deal.
Overall, I am exceedingly satisfied with my new vacuum and hope it lasts like my old roborock.

My Cat likes it.

I have to say I was hesitant to purchase this vacuum in the beginning because I’m afraid it will scare my cat. Meanwhile, I have never used any automatic sweeper before and I was doubtful if it can handle my carpet well. But I am glad that I took the first step to order it. To my surprise, my cat Cassie likes the vacuum and followed it around when it was cleaning my house. BTW, the vacuum itself is amazing and my carpet is very clean afterwards. You can adjust the suction mode on the app and set up schedules. I only have a single floor house so I saved one map and set up several invisible walls on the app. One question I have is how I can set up two cleaning cycles for full house cleaning though. I can’t figure out how to set this on the app.

I purchased the Q5 to help with the dog hair that is all over between vacuuming. Because of my dog's short hair, it brushes off easily and does not tangle. It was simple to install and utilize the program. The app alerts me when she starts and finishes cleaning the spaces I've booked for cleaning at various times. After every usage, I rinse the filter and clean the trash can. I am pleased with my purchase and heartily endorse Q5.

Suitable for our needs

We purchased the Roborock Q5 to replace our old robot vacuum after doing extensive research. Unlike other robot vacuums that travel around in circles and may cover certain regions five times while leaving other parts unattended, the Q5 does an outline of the rooms before "filling them in" by moving back and forth. The Q5 is excellent in capturing hair, cat fur, fluff, etc. When it touches a rug, you can hear the suction alter. We created a "no go" zone, and it appears to be effective because it skips the region. I'm delighted with our Roborock Q5 purchase and would suggest it!

So far so good after a week of use. There're two floors in my house, it was simple to get maps. It finds its way around things and has great suction. I can use my phone to control its job. It cleaned the carpets and floor very well and did an incredible job picking up cat's hair! Very happy with the coverage and cleaning!
