The heater does not work well. You only feel heat when you standing beside it. Does not warm the room. Will have to buy another fireplace.

Fantastic ambiance and Quality Finish

Mounted on wall beneath television; it looks beautiful, high end and functions perfectly from day one. Top of mantle is wide enough to allow for some decorations. Packaging was very secure, and within and hour my handyman and I had this up and working. Used primarily for ambiance on a daily basis, but it does throw out enough heat to warm my living and dining area (approx 600 sq feet). Highly recommend!

The pictures, video and specifications looked good, but the actual fireplace is mind blowingly superb !! It looks amazing, the quality of the product is absolutely fantastic! Do not hesitate to purchase this fireplace…tremendous job Touchstone !!
