Good Quality for Some Applications

The fireplace itself was good quality however the mounting bracket was flimsy, and mounting hardware was totally ineffective and didn't hold the fireplace to the wall properly.
Would not recommend this type of fireplace being mounted to an exterior concerte block wall. Also, I recommend using different mounting anchors no matter what type of wall you mount it to.

I love the fireplace! I think the functionality and the options are great. After installing and mounting it to the wall my only feedback is it is a little tricky and more so than it should be.
I think the support plate that mounts to the wall should be little more hardy and beefier. It has too much flex. Moreover the tabs that are designed to slide into the fireplace can seemingly bend/flex some during installation which can lead to the unit not having as tight a fit to the wall as I would like. I also now need some touch up paint..ugh.
I would also like the wood pieces to have a little more realistic look but they fit nicely in the unit and there is enough to go all across the front, but I think it could use a few more pieces here and there to fill the space a little better as there’s just enough pieces to just lay across the front in a straight line. No stacking at all on the wood pieces. But, having said that. I would buy this unit again and my wife and I love it. Well done with the design.

Chesmont 3 side wall mount floating fireplace

Unique; love the mantel frame. Looking for a wall mount fireplace, I didn’t want to cut into an existing wall nor did i want to hang a fireplace with the sides exposed. I came across this model during my search and I'm so glad i did. Definitely adds style however you choose to mount. Love the variable color options too.

The Touchstone experience was wonderful. I was looking for a modern look and a fireplace that I could mount on the wall. The fireplace was delivered quickly and Installation was so easy. It looks great!

I got it right this time

This is a beautiful addition to our family room. The fireplace was easy to install and even easier to use. At present it’s only a decorative piece since it’s summer in Florida but the heating was tested and functioning the way I expected. I would recommend this model and company to any and all.

Just Beautiful

I was worried that I would be able to hang this fireplace and use a standard outlet. The outlet this is plugged into is on the same breaker as my tv, sono speaker and several outlets. My electrician tested all outlets and found that it would be just below limit for tripping the breaker. Since I had a little bit of leeway, I decided to try and I have had absolutely no problem with tripping the breaker and I run the heater at the lowest setting and visual effects for hours. It is a lovely addition to my condominium. I just love it and couldn't be happier. I feel the quality is there and I only spent 1K versus 3 to 5K for more authentic flames. It really doesn't matter, it is beautiful and adds a real cozy feel to my living room. all that visit think it is lovely.
