Crashes my Win 10

The sound is good. I don't think it's better than my JBL 3, but it's about as good. I actually think the 3 has more volume.
However, every time I try to connect it to my Dell Optiplex 9020, it crashed it, saying BLTHSVCS stopped.

I bought this for my girlfriend as a birthday gift. Once I received it I tried it out to make sure everything was working properly. It is extremely easy to use and had incredible sound. I will be ordering another one for myself sometime soon!

Great Speaker!!!!

I bought my JBL 4 about a year ago, and it's the best speaker I've purchased. It's perfect for drinks on the deck, when you chilln on the beach, and I love having it when I'm at the pier fishing. Perfect size, always convenient, and holds a long charge with great sound... I recommend this speaker to anyone who wants to keep that perfect sound all the time, just don't get the green camouflage, that's the one I have lol

We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Charge 4 only comes with a USB type C cable. You can use a power adapter with at least 5v 2A that usually mobile phones use.
