Bad battery

Bought this as a birthday present for a friend and it doesn’t take a charge after one day.

Thanks for the feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Charge 4. First, power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source, to see if the unit will unlock then use another charging cable and power adapter to see if the unit will charge and while it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. Next, clean the charging port with compressed air. If the power/battery light indicator is On, check the adapter and make sure that the rating is 2 amps or higher. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support.

Printed Logo looks AMAZING. Arrived 8 days early.

I ordered a personalized Charge 4 with my business' logo and it looks AMAZING. The printed rich color exceeded my expectations and the logo was large and not out of shape. It also arrived 8 days sooner than estimated. Obviously the quality of the speaker speaks for itself. Highly recommend the personalization feature, I will definitely do it again!

The Charge 4 is your trusty companion through it all, ready to blast your playlist! This bad boy fits snugly in my hand, but don't let that fool you. The JBL Charge 4 packs a sonic punch that'll make your jaw drop. There are Crisp highs, booming lows, and a rich, full-bodied sound that'll have you moving to any song. It's like the musicians are right there with you. And can we talk about battery life? I've gone a week and some before charging this speaker. But wait, there's more! Not only does the Charge 4 sound incredible, but it's also built like a tank. See, I was a proud owner of the JBL Charge 3 before making the upgrade to the Charge 4. And let me tell you, that Charge 3 was my faithful companion through countless events, from the college dorm to the living room and from dropping it on concrete to it being submerged in water. It’s been 6 years and counting since i had it. it lasted and lasted until I finally decided it was time for an upgrade. Simple Quality

I've been using the Charge 4 for two months now & I'm very satisfied with it. My use is primarily while showering or out in the garage. It has no problem playing loudly. To that end, I always have it turned up, but the battery life has still been terrific. The fidelity is reasonably good, and really the only reason to deduct a star for my rating.

I lost this speaker about 6 months ago. I miraculously found it when my dog was playing with it in the backyard. Turns out my dog had buried it in the back yard for the last 6 months. When I took it from him and plugged it in it still worked!! by this speaker, it's worth it!
