I love all of your products

I brought this charge 4 the week before it shipped last work I used it over the weekend it is loud the bass' the treble everything about this product is worth the money I would refer this product to friends and fsmily

There's good reason JBL is the speaker everyone is buying. Great sound, great build, and compatible with friends. Only have 2 gripes, I wish it paired with all generations. And I wish it had its own EQ.

Great sound

My wife got it for me as a birthday gift. I love it, so much sound for its size. Bass is terrific.
Features a charging port and a 20 hour battery.

Will not charge

Ive been plugging my charge 4 into various different outlets and it will bling as if it were charging but will not charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Two JBL speakers, same result

We have had two JBL speakers, both around 2 years. The sound quality when you get them is great. It slowly progresses down until it messes up as if it’s a broken radio on steroids. It’s terrible. Both did this within two years of owning them. I think we have to move on from JBL speakers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
