I bought this for my grandson for his Birthday a big 13 and to see the happiness on his face when he opened the box was all I needed. This is a excellent product the sound is amazing. Thank you JBL for the happiness you brought into our lives. I enjoyed the JBL speaker so much I bought myself one.

Great speaker, sub optimal bluetooth connectivity

I like this speaker but it is prone to cutting in and out with Bluetooth connectivity. I'm not talking about completely disconnecting but rather jumping/glitching while playing songs. It can be in the same spot and work fine for a certain amount of time and then all of the sudden it will have an issue for a while and then go back to normal, etc.
It can be a bit frustrating but the speaker does sound good and the volume level gets pretty decent while using it outside during sporting practices.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this recently as our older JBL stopped working. This has great sound and long battery life. Wish directions came with it and it is a bit heavy and miss being able to hang it.

When I think of JBL, I think quality professional sound. This was not what I experienced w this speaker. It sounded like a blown speaker, especially if I turned up the volume. I’m hoping it’s a defective speaker and I’ll still get the chance to be impressed by w this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
