I bought One of these a month ago, and I bought another one a week ago. Use the JBL phone app. And real stereo. works great. LOVE it.

Charge 4 - Slaps

bought it to use for things like golf outings, camping, etc. Great speaker for on the go. Nice and loud, good bass from the ends. Long battery life is a bonus, waterproof is a bonus if you get caught in the rain or get clumsy around some water. Got some good weight to it, nice and sturdy. Keep food away from the mesh, trust me

Better than advertised!

Owned the JBL Charge4 for 3 weeks now and have had it at the beach 5 days. It has performed well beyond expectations. Great bass, great clarity, and plenty of battery life. Also very Durable. Mine has been dropped in the sand. Washed over with the waves (to much beer to keep an eye on it on the shore line and it never stopped playing and playing well). Could not be happier with this purchase. Highly recommended. If others are not giving this product a 5 out of 5 they are highly over critical.

I figure I would try and save a buck and go with the renewed Charge 4. Other than the packaging, I couldn't tell that this product wasn't brand new. It sounds incredible for it's size.

Just to clean enough.

The unit came three days ago but I cannot get a clean sound.There is plenty of bass and midrange ,but the high end is buried.I think I need something with tweeters.I will return ,unfortunately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate the feedback you've provided to us. We understand that our JBL CHarge 4 didn't meet your expectations. You could try to adjust your phone's EQ settings for the high frequencies. If your phone doesn't have one, you may get a third-party EQ app. We're always looking for ways to improve so we'll make sure to submit your feedback to the right department.
