Purchased the Charge 4 personalized with an image and quote as a birthday gift for my son and he LOVES it! Sound quality is great, as always with JBL and the turn around time was fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had been shopping for a while looking to upgrade my bluetooth speaker and had been looking at the JBL Charge 4 for a while but just could not pull the trigger. Went to a friends house to play some 3 wall racquetball and he had music playing and it sounded really good. It was coming out of the JBL Charge 4. I was convinced. Came home and order 1 immediately, and now am thinking about getting another to use outdoors as left and right channels for a even better stereo sound. For the money, not sure you can beat it.

Unstable connection

Since we bought this product, we have been using it with our Apple TV, after a few months we have been experiencing hiccups and instability during watching movies and films. To the extend that we turn it off and on in order to fix the problem. Not as reliable as Charge 3, we had a great experience with that, but Charge 4 has been disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Our JBL Charge 4 doesn't support aptX, aptX HD, aptX Low Latency audio codecs. Since these speakers are designed to be used for listening to music, watching videos may have an audio-video delay.
