Works great, crappy charging port parts

My husband bought this speaker as a gift. It just died after a month of use and I can’t charge it because the charging port broke after the last charge. For the price he paid, I expected at least a years use out of it. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The sound and battery life are great. It’s unfortunate that the speaker won’t be anything but a paperweight now.

How about putting a hidden loop connection on it so you can attach a tether.

We ordered a custom print JBL Charge 4 for a gift and he was thrilled with it and is so excited no one else will have the same one. Excellent! Love that the logo isn't huge like on many other models.
