We did the personalization & It looked as good as the pictures. We purchased it as a present and it was a hit. Super easy to personalize, Arrived quickly & works as advertised. In our family, we have 4 JBL Charge 4's and were able to sync them very easily for "party mode" - the sound is phenomenal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great value- bad charging port

For the price, the sound quality is great, the battery lasts. Only issue is the charging ports on JBLs, the micro USB isn't durable, always gives me issues. Would give 5 stars I'd they used a different kind.

Missing charger

Our JBL Charge 4 only comes with a Type C USB cable. You may use your phone or other device's USB adapter (at least 2.3A) to charge the speaker. Lower than 2.3A will charge the speaker slower.

Design better than expected

The sound of the new charge 4 is amazing, and our company logo came out better than we expected! Everybody comments on it as it’s on our sales floor!

I bought this two months ago I'm exceptionally happy with the performance the sound the overall Clarity of it the only downfall with the personalized speaker is at the picture is fading off other than that it's great
