Incredible Sounds

I wanted a speaker for when I was on the job I didn’t have to charge 2 or 3 times in a 8 hour day my 4 can last as long as I can and longer the sound is better than any bluetooth I have owned it was the 5 speaker I have bought and it is the one I will keep It was worth every dollar I paid for it JBL they know what they are doing

Bought a brand new speaker which only lasted for 7months and refused to power on one faithful morning till date. I’m willing to ship to JBL if they can fix. Thanks

Loved it!!! We have had a lot of your speakers through the years and now buying friends your product to share your amazing work! We have had a couple of clips, many charges, a flip, an extreme, a boombox 2 and want another, but want another, but all sold out. You guys are amazing! Sound is great!

For me, music is everything and with this speaker, music is even better. The quality is so crisp and the bass especially is amazing. Couldn't ask for more, I use it everyday and love it.

Short life span. I have had just over a year. Never did the charge last 20 hours and now won’t charge or reset. Very disappointed.

Thank you for reaching out. If you have other charging cables, give them a try. (Be sure that the cable has the same type of connector as the original one that came with your product.) Same for the charger- if your product charges by USB, try a different USB charger. Be sure that it is rated at least 2.0a (2 amps) output. In order to reset the Charge 4, with the unit on, press “Volume+” and “Bluetooth” at the same time for 3-4 seconds until you hear the audible chime. Packs a punch!

I bought this Charge 4 over a year ago. The battery still lasts a lifetime after two summers of heavy use. It has GREAT sound for such a small compact design. And the best part is that it is very durable. I know it's been dropped on more than one occasion. And this summer it survived the full onslaught of a thunder storm after being left outside for a week. This is definitely my go to travel speaker. I look forward to trying more of the JBL products.
