If you want a good Bluetooth speaker, buy a JBL!

I’ve always loved JBL products. The Charge has always been my favorite Bluetooth speaker. When I learned you can personalize them now I shreeked like a little girl & had to hop on the band wagon. My boyfriend may have laughed for the moment, but I enjoy having a picture of us on it because of how special the speaker is to me now. Thanks JBL! Great quality & sound!

Great Product Marred By Dumb Marketing Decision

Purchased two JBL Charge 4s for the wife, the product works fine, the issue I have is it did not include chargers, only the cables, this was different from the JBL Charge 3s we purchased a few years ago. The fact a charger was not included forced my to buy on separately; dumb marketing decision that ruined a perfect review

I would give this product 0 stars but that option is not offered period I called the company and spoke with them. They will not replace the battery which won't charge after only 2 uses.

I purchase this J b l charge four at christmas time twenty twenty two, It's july no i've used the unit twice and the battery won't charge, The company will not fix the unit. I do not recommend buying this unit.

Fits in my kayak's cup holder perfectly!

Love this speaker. I had a much older, smaller model which I loved because it fit in my bicycle's handlebar cup holder! I was disappointed that they kept growing in size over time when mine was stolen but you know what? The Charge 4 fits perfectly in my kayak's cup holder!! That's a Scotty brand cup holder fyi (wider than some). And the speaker's waterproof!! The sound is powerful and bassy, the charge lasts a bizarrely long amount of time and has bright lights to show how much charge is left and it charges phones rapidly. Have used it at the beach, by the pool, in the kayak, at the bbq and in the vintage car for vastly better sound. Way too loud for most uses. Highly recommend.

We've bought 2 of these customized Charge 4 speakers. They are awesome. The sound is full and clear. The colors on the customization look wonderful. The design interface is easy to use.
