Great all around Bluetooth speaker with nice featu

I was looking around for a little over a month at several reviews of a multitude of speakers. The JBL charge 4 was always ranked pretty highly on pretty much all of the reviews so my decision was final. I've used this thing endlessly for the past few weeks and can't even begin to explain how impressed and satisfied I am. It is just extremely versatile in pretty much every category.It said it lasts up to 20 hours but I've had it last longer. It's super handy for when my phone is running low on a charge. The sound quality is great with awesome bass, nice mids and highs, and nothing ever sounds like it's being flushed out by other noise. It's the perfect balance of quality sound, durability, and functionality. Now I just need to get a man purse... Tactical satchel, (That sounds better), to carry it around. The size would be my only complaint and I honestly don't even mind it that much because I'm usually carrying some kinda bag or back pack that has some extra space. Even then I'm sure I could squeeze it into a pocket if I tried hard enough. Thanks JBL!

I love the charge 4! I had the pink one and it was so nice. Unfortunately it was misplaced and I'll definitely be buying another one from jbl. The color is so nice, the sound quality is even better, it's easy to connect to other speakers compatible with connect+. I recommend the Charge 4 to anyone how is considering purchasing a speaker, jbl is the one! (One imagine is comparing the size of the [pink] charge 4 and the [teal] flip 4 which is also a nice color.

I really just bought it because it was pink and then when I listened how loud it was whoaaaa I then was like blown away, I am Happy!

Just got this a day ago. My first JBL portable speaker The bass is impressive and the size is nothing to sweat. The is not over the top for its size. Build feels very premiuim.

There are 2 different models! Buyer beware.

Purchased 2 of these recently from an authorized dealer and received 2 different models of the speaker in my shipment. CHARGE4S and CHARGE4J. The model numbers on the box itself are the same, but the actual speakers inside are different! Setting them side by side there are notable physical differences such as a much thinner/see thru mesh on the J model. Also the charging indicator lights are dimmer and harder to see on the J. No telling what's different inside. According the FCC filings the S has a 7500mah battery while the J has a 7800mah battery. Disappointing that I didn't receive 2 of the same speaker. If you are going to change the hardware in the box you should release a new version and make it clear to customers which model they are getting!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
