I bought this product about a couple weeks ago and I have been pleased with the sound quality of it. A true gem of a product and I found it to be worth the price.

Pretty good... for the first month.

I have a friend who has the Charge 3, so I thought I'll get the 4, it should be better, newer, improved. It turns out it isn't. Sound quality was very good for the first month, then one day it just wasn't. A friend bought the same one a few weeks after I did because she heard it playing and liked it. So I had a chance to compare, mine was below in quality in sound. I thought I might have done something wrong, listened to it too loud or over used, but isn't it designed to perform for as long as the battery lasts? (good battery life BTW) So, apparently is just not as good as the Charge 3. Whenever I turn the volume up, it ticks, and there are songs I have to skip because the sound is just annoyingly horrible. IF YOU ARE LOYAL TO THE BRAND, GET THE CHARGE 3 INSTEAD. I'm considering it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sounds great, water proof, plays underwater, which makes it easy to find when it falls in
