Great portable speaker

I had the JBL charge 2+ and just bought the charge 4 to get longer battery life and more power. The new JBL is really nice and I love the shape and size for its convenience. Love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad battery life

The speaker is great over all. Nice sound quality. The only thing I’ve notice about it is that it does not last 20 hours like it says. I’ve used it and it’ll only last for about 5-6 hours. False advertisement

bass only if loud

This device needs to be loud before the bass kicks in, it sounds too trebly until then. Takes a while to charge.

Flip 4 sounds better

My Flip 4 sounded better when comparing the two at the normal volumes I would play music which Im sure is pretty low and Im sure the charge would sound better louder. Once I discovered the Charge 4 is not naturally stereo I immediately returned it.

Fantastic !!

The quality is superb !! I bought this over a month ago and have charged it only 3 times ! I don’t play it with the volume all the way up, but just so the quality is there. My battery lasts longer than 20 hours as I listen to music before I go to work every day. Very impressed !!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good not great

Plenty of power, and sound great with 2 connected for stereo sound, but in the end I didn’t feel that the full range speakers produced crisp highs. I also felt that the mid range was muddied and a little distorted. I returned the speakers for a refund. If you don’t have a critical ear however, you’d probably appreciate this speaker.
