I own a small personal training studio and this JBL Charge4 is perfect for me! The sound is not overbearing in fact I tend to use it on its lowest volume so I don’t blow out my neighbors with the bass!
I’m a bit of an audio snob and I will tell you this is one of the best Bluetooth speakers I’ve ever owned.
Price point is commensurate with quality and delivery came exactly on time and I also like the color… I guess I’m pretty happy with it right?

I am so happy I bought the JBL Charge 4, it’s everything that I wanted in a Bluetooth speaker. It’s my first time with JBL and it did not disappoint me in any way.

This speaker is great! We have the smaller jbl charge and we’ve loved it, this one is bigger and obviously superior in sound quality. This was a great purchase.

I purchased the Charge 4 to replace my Beats pill. ONG! Why didn’t I switch sooner! The sound of this speaker is great!

Good battery, but mediocre sound quality

Yes, The bass is pretty good for a small unit. But i was more surprised that the mids and highs fall very short. Who cares about the thump when you cant enjoy the rest of the sound spectrum. I have tried it with many different inputs with not much improvement. Don't get me wrong, I was in no way expecting a floor standing or studio quality sound. It just seems the upper end didnt get the engineering attention it deserved of a JBL. I came close to sending it back, but overall i guess it is tolerable. No its not my hearing either. I have that tested regularly for my job requirements and it is very good. I expect durability and reliability will be great. Love the battery life, charging capability and water proofing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
