I purchased two Charge 4as 's, each work well - by themselves. Connecting with Connect + was an absolute disappointment. Speakers cut out, lost connection to my phone, etc. I cannot recommend if you plan to use more than one.

The unit is great. However, those directions are too tiny. I had to learn this thing by hit or miss
