I bought this speaker in June (almost 6 months ago) after my flip 3 finally died. I was excited about it because of all the features it seemed to offer. Upon arrival I immediately started to play some songs and was bummed to find out the volume was more or less the same when turned between halfway and full volume. Also, when turned to it's highest volume the sound became more and more distorted. Some good features, though, is that it's battery lasts an eternity and it's quite useful to be able to charge your phone with it. It's been operating fine until just a couple days ago when the audio is now crackling and fuzzing at any volume! Luckily, I still have warranty on it but I won't be buying JBL again as the overall quality of the product SUCKS.Not just this one either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bought this speaker a week ago and like it needs bass HEAVILY. The comparison towards other speakers upon bass from this speaker doesn’t met my expectations at all. Y’all need to add more bass, excessively & and I’m the type of person to listen to Rap & Hip-Hop. Set up y’alls game on some real real, finna return this too.
I barely got it and I love it. At first I was nervous to get it because I saw a couple bad reviews but it is everything I hoped it would be. I saw how people would say that it doesn’t sound even but mine does. I love it I got the pink one and it is so cute!!!
What is the maximum & minimum voltage that can use to chrge the charger 4? Because company only ptovide the cable?

Our JBL Charge 4 uses a USB Type C (5V 2A) which you need to plug in to either a phone charging block or directly to the USB port of a PC. It would still work since the output of the USB cable is still the same (5V 2A).
One day I tried to turn it on and I have to put a lot of pressure to turn off and on faulty power button
I would recommend this to a friend!
