Sounds great but where is the ‘case’ it came with?

I bought this and it said case included but no such luck unless it is the foam packing in the box?!?!?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for your review. Our JBL Charge 4 doesn't have a case. The model that had a case was our Charge 3. However, it's unavailable at the moment.

You can make the speaker even more louder if you go to settings and go to music and then EQ and press on late night and it would the sound way louder

Does not connect to Echo

Connects to my phone. Does not connect to my Echo+ via bluetooth. Bluetooth on my phone off, both speakers in discovery mode and still nothing.

I researched for over two months for the right Bluetooth speaker and after listening to comparable speakers, the Charge 4 was the best for the money and sound. I am super happy with the speaker and will buy a few more to link them and have music throughout the house
