Needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Box is heavy so be cautious when lifting. Easy installation to put roomba together. It stands about 20 inches tall and about 18 inches wide when installed. There is no instruction manual and you must scan the QR code to set up the account. There is a booklet for a little troubleshooting and it has multiple languages. I wish it had some basic set up instructions in the booklet instead of using the app. The most difficult part of install was connecting to the WiFi. You must connect to a 2.4 ghz WiFi or you will get errors. (if you use a lot of WiFi and have multiple things connected such as Ring cameras or surround sound you should have two or more WiFi’s depending on your internet package). It kept giving us an error and told us to check the router settings. We had to unsync our devices to get the roomba connected after several tries. We had to look up research videos on You Tube to troubleshoot and figure out basic things like where the vacuum bag went, filling tanks with water and cleaning solution, and recommended brands. For someone who is not tech savvy, this product is not recommended. My dogs absolutely hated the beeps and voice overs and were trying to attack the roomba when we ran it. I would definitely use it at night if you have animals. The app allows you to set up a map and schedule times when to run. The mopping feature worked well and we did not have any issues with the mop pads falling off. I wanted to purchase more mop pads but replacement parts are not available at the time of this review.

A time-saving addition to my home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!! The iRobot Roomba Plus 415 Combo has been such an upgrade for my cleaning routine! I love that it can vacuum and mop at the same time. It does a great job picking up crumbs and dust on the floors. My floors have never looked cleaner! It was very easy to setup using the instruction guide. This Roomba is so convenient and time-saving for me because I can be doing other things while it works. I have a big apartment so it took me forever to clean. I have carpets and it goes around them. Been loving the Rooma Plus 415 in my home and has made cleaning less of a chore!

Incredible and efficient

I’ve had other remote vacuums before, but nothing like THIS!! so easy to set up, so quiet, so efficient!!! it easily maps the house, and the app is so easy to use. I can remotely tell it to run different routines, including deep vacuum of my bedroom, which actually works to get cat hair out of my rug. Or I can send it to mop the bathroom, and come home to clean floors!!  This is a complete game changer! Seems to be well built, the battery lasts for several rooms, and then it goes home to charge itself, it empties itself smoothly, and is able to dock here, even though it’s less space than recommended

Great entrance into robotic floor cleaning!

The features of the self cleaning dock make maintenance a breeze. The vacuum itself lacks a little suction power compared to other models, but the convenience of the self emptying dust bin into the dock more than make up for that.

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an old row house with lots of wood floors and one rug on the main floor. I could vacuum every day but of course do not. Until now. I’ve always been curious but skeptical about Roombas. No more! My first follow is vacuumed every week day now and it’s mopping my floors as I type this. The only downside, depending on the size of your space, is the size of the base unit, which is not insubstantial. I’m a concert, though. Love it!

Game changer for frequent cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a game changer for households that need daily vacuuming and mopping with minimal effort. I still plan to manually vacuum occasion to get behind doors and reach areas that need a small attachment, but overall I’m extremely pleased with the performance of the Roomba mop/vacuum combo.
I’m amazed at the immediate transition between mopping and vacuuming on hard floors vs carpets. The sensors are incredible. I’ve run through several cycles and it’s so impressive how the machine takes care of itself: it empties the dust bin and cleans then dries its own mop pads! It easily docks and charges in between cleaning cycles .
The only pain point was the set up, due to the buggy app. One crucial point is that you need a 2.4ghz network to connect, which is common for devices like this and smart plugs, for example. I was able to connect and set up very quickly, but then the app needed to update and after that it couldn’t find the Roomba. Once I restarted my phone, my machine showed in the app again. Since then, everything has run really well.
It takes about 1.5 hours to finish a 1200 sq ft place. The app makes it easy to track its location and progress and keeps a cleaning history. This is a big step up from the original Roomba we had years ago.

So thorough and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this little roomba! I’m so impressed with how it was able to map out my home and maneuver itself around. It is also quite powerful and has great capacity for dirt. I have a cat so there’s always hair everywhere and this does such a better job than my upright vacuum. It’s so thorough and I love the mopping feature. I usually do a light sweep and vacuum before I set the roomba to go to pick up larger bits but I’m just amazed by how clean my floors are now. The dock is a bit large because of the water tanks but the different compartments are designed so well. I also love that once it’s finished cleaning it will rinse and dry the mopping pads. It’s the coolest thing ever.

No Manual Vacuum and Mopping Anymore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been testing out the iRobot Roomba Plus 415 Combo with the AutoWash dock, and it has genuinely made my daily routine so much easier. It takes care of both vacuuming and mopping on its own, so I do not have to worry about taking time out of my day to keep the floors looking clean. The dock is easily my favorite feature because it handles washing the mop pads and getting the unit ready for the next round completely hands free. Setup was quick, and it navigates around my space with zero hassle. It has saved me a ton of time every week, and I love coming home to spotless floors without doing any heavy lifting. It is definitely a great investment for simple automated cleaning.
