Sucks up small things, but not great at slightly bigger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first robot vacuum so there is definitely a learning curve lol. it’s very smart and honestly may be a little too smart for what I’m used to. I’m still trying to figure out the mapping system and what all it can do.
The vacuuming is okay but it does miss stuff and it doesn’t seem to pick up the bigger pieces very well, like stuffing from my dogs toy after he ripped it up. It ran over a little pebble by my front door that must’ve gotten stuck in someone’s shoe, and it made the worst rattling noise. We ended up having to pick up the vacuum because it wouldn’t stop, and when we checked it, the pebble hadn’t even been picked up. It was just sitting under the vacuum, causing all the noise.
I have waist length hair and shed a lot, so the hair getting wrapped around the rotating brush underneath happens pretty easily. My dog doesn’t shed, so this is definitely my hair. They do give you a little cutter tool for cutting the hair off the rotating brush, which is actually really useful and convenient. But I do wish there was somewhere to store that tool, whether by the docking station or on the vacuum somehow, that way it’s more convenient and I don’t have to go find it in a drawer.
It’s pretty quiet while running, which I wasn’t expecting. There is a buzzing sound while charging, though, which can be a little annoying.
I do like having the mopping feature included so the two-in-one aspect is really nice. I do wish there were more options for cleaning solution though. I was pretty disappointed to find out that you have to use the Roomba brand cleaning solution, otherwise anything else will void your warranty. I don’t like being locked into one brand, especially when it comes to floor cleaner, not all scents are the same, personal preference, cleaning power, etc.
I’m still getting used to having a robot vacuum/ cleaner in general and figuring out the mapping and settings. It definitely does make things easier, but I’m finding myself still needing to keep an eye on it and sometimes pick up certain things myself.

Easy to set up

App is fantastic with this Roomba 415!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Roomba vacuum and mop set rocks! It is super easy to set up right out of the box and add the solution to the docking station. It does make some noise but not enough that I have to plan my day around it. It works amazing on the carpet & rugs and picks up every bit from fuzzies to dirt to bits of food like cereal or chopped onions. It grabs every part of the rugs and carpets and evenly glides up and down in a pattern that doesn't miss anything. It easily goes around obstacles in its way instead of them accidentally getting stuck or sucked into it. It's also very easy to empty it as it does the vacuum part itself and the solution is easy to dump and replace it. Overall,I don't miss vacuuming or mopping and it does a great job- one of my favorite things about it is that I can set it on the app for the days and hours that I want it to mop and vacuum,which rooms/areas, and after setting it the first time I don't have to reset it ever again,unless I want to change something.

Cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is awesome! It vacuums and mops well. It’s easily goes around obstacles and does not hit walls or items. You may want to pick up your wires ahead of time but besides that this works great. I’d recommend this product to all my freinds.

Love this vacuum and mop roomba

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roomba is honestly amazing and changed my life. The ability to vacuum and mop has saved me so much time and kept my home so much cleaner. I have a cat and there’s no more hair/dustballs rolling around. You can schedule cleanings, so when I go to the gym it runs and I come home to a clean house. The battery lasts for hours and navigates any obstacles easily. It took a few minutes to setup and was easy to do so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ll start off by saying this has been amazing for my family, It makes it so much easier to keep the floors nice and clean. Some of the features I absolutely love are it vacuums and mops. I really like how well the app works with mapping and helping. Now let’s talk about setup. I have no complaints on setup at all. From start to finish it was so simple and easy to setup both the docking station and the app. Everything was pretty much put together just had to add water to the tank on the docking station during set up and attach the sweeper brush for corners etc and add the room a to the app so it knows which one . That’s all it took to setup so easy and quick. I really like how easy it is to setup and use. The water tank is pretty big so no worry about it running out to quickly I really like the mopping feature as it has serveral ways to mop the whole floor or you can customize to only do spots. The battery life I think is great as it returns to its docking station. When it’s low. So overall great battery life. There’s not a particular water you have to use. The battery charges quickly. This cleans very well and even mops good I’ve used it on carpet and regular floors and love it and how easy it is to use

One of the features I enjoy most is the self-maintaining dock automatically empties debris, re-wets the mop pads, then washes and heat-dries mop pads after every clean, making the entire process convenient and efficient.
I can customize which rooms are vacuumed or mopped and easily schedule cleaning sessions for each area of my home.
I like the App, which is simple and easy to follow. It would be even better if the manufacturer included more detailed instructions of the various attached parts in the device. I had to search YouTube to find clearer guidance.

Love how clean the Roomba Plus makes my floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Roomba Plus. The set up out of the box was easy. Downloading the app from the App Store and connecting the Roomba was very simple as well. It took a very short amount of time to map the rooms in my home for the set up of the Roomba plus. I like that it has the option of being able to set a room for mop on one setting and mop and vacuum on another setting. I will be using this on a daily basis. It is so easy and convenient!
