Easy up tent

We have this tent for few years and it's still working well after countless scouting campouts. We did buy the separate Coleman rain fly (all our tents have rain flies), and use spray to waterproof the tent, specially the seams, about every 6 months. It fits 2 person comfortably with cots and all the gears inside, and we can talk while inside, no crouching in the tent. It got some mold because we forgot to open the tent to dry after a raining campout. It did well on strong winds with all stakes in place. Cons: it takes a minute or so to squeeze the 'puffed' tent back in the bag, and it's bulkier and heavier than traditional tent, but the set up is pretty fast. BTW we leave the rain fly attached to the tent, so it goes up and down with the tent, saving time and work. A tarp underneath the tent is recommended, our tent floor has a small hole on the floor after camping in a rough terrain without tarp.

Leaked like a sieve!!!!

Bought this to replace Sundome. Leaked like crazy got and RMA (tent only not the fly) and looked closely 9 pins holes of various sizes. Not all seams heat/tape sealed. No PU coating. Asked for a refund 4-6 mailed to you. Bought a 6-man Core instant cabin tent and worked like a dream.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was an easy setup, with all Coleman products it was good quality. Got a 6 person one the following year. The price is also a nice perk to owning this tent.
