I love Lifeproof, but the Alpha Flex screen protector won't even attach to the phone screen. Follow all directions, do the steps, and it would not come off the packaging.

I had another in a different color.. but perfect to have black case on phone. Fits phone like a glove and the grip is great so does not slip. Only wish that it came with already built in screen and camera protectors, phone are more expensive and phone cases need to be able to protect the whole phone including the screen and camera.

All seemed to be going well, had watched the install video they put out ahead of time, and when it came time to pull the protective film off the underside that's where I first came to the issue where it was difficult to get it separated from the screen protector. The glue was very sticky, for that I guess. Got it off without damaging it and pinned the protector to the tab and followed instructions to get it adhered with almost no bubbles and was looking great..... until I got to the step where you peel off the top frosted layer to reveal the protector. It would not peel. It continually peeled up with the layer that was supposed to release and little by little got worse and worse. I thought well ok, it's now really crazy but I need something on the phone until I get back to the store to replace it and as I'm trying to usemy fingernails to peel the top sheet off, the protector rips, and is STILL stuck to the top frosted layer the instructions say to peel away. I had to give up. I've placed it back in the packaging hoping that bestbuy can take it back and call it a manufacturing defect, because if you can't get the layers apart because the topis sticking to the protector better than the protector can stick to a screen... yeah... that's a manufacturing defect. I don't have high hopes for getting my money back though, and reality is they should pay me for my time spent in aggravation with a product this badly created.

very difficult to install

Just to let you guys know the frustration of trying to install your alpha flex screen protector on my s21 5g phone. The tab 1 sticker came off and had to take a small knife to separate the under side of the protective film. After placing on the phone I voud not separate the final film from the protector as well and ended up wrinkling the protector at the top. Not sure if heat in shipping made the three layers adhere to one another but they did not want to separate. There is no easy way of separating without force and thsi should not be the case. This is the worst installation I've experienced with a simple screen protector.

Horrible horrible horrible!

I slowly and carefully followed every direction and could not at all get the screen protector to disengage from the plastic. I tried to use tweezer and a straight edge. My husband tried too because he's the one who told me that I should only use Otterbox. I pulled it off the phone and tried to pick the edge to peel it off. I can see where it is but it simply will not come off the protective plastic, no matter how hard I tried. I will be asking for a refund.
