just received the screen protector,watched the video followed the instructions to the T. Protector would not release from the backing, same as the other reviews I just read. Will not order another one. Need a refund

Screen protector stays on applicator.

Bought this today for my new S21, and fought for a good 15 minutes to get it to work. I followed rhe instructions, and there was no "tab 2" anywhere. I went online and watched a video. When all was said and done, tge screen protector wouldn't adhere to the phone, and was STUCK on the applicator. I finally gave up, and attempted to pry the screen protector off the applicator with my nails and tweezers, and it was just about impossible. I ripped the ACTUAL protector, and almost broke a nail, and STILL couldn't get it off!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the first and it was junk. I bought another assuming the problem was me. Same issues. I love Otterbox cases. I have given up on this flex screen product.
The removable backing will not properly pull away from the flexible screen material. When you get them separated after all the stretching and pulling, the screen material is stretched out of shape. Very disappointing.

I followed the video instructions to a T, but there were bubbles that I couldn't get ride of, I went to try again but in lifting up the screen protector gently it ripped!

Two Attempts

The Lady and I got new phones. First attempt I followed the directions that came with it and the protector did not separate. I thought that it was user error. The second attempt, I followed the directions from the video and that resulted in the same outcome as the first. They need to pull this from the market and send this uncooked piece of meat back to the kitchen because the failure rate of this product is unacceptable.
