This is my second Otter Box purchase. I don't want to say I'm clumsy, but I dropped my previous Galaxy phone quite a bit. That phone was NEVER damaged and stayed protected in my Otter Box case. Naturally when I updated my previous phone the first thing I did was to purchase a new Otter Box and install my new phone in it before I unboxed or activated the phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Followed the instruction exactly and still got quite a bit of bubble, top and bottom. Also doesn't look as strong as I thought it would be, skeptical that it's shatter resistant.

The alpha flex screen did not work, it would not flatten out and there were bubbles all over the screen. Horrible purchase. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I installed my first one and thought I messed up the directions as I ended up with bubbles underneath that left marks when I got them out. So I used the warranty process to get a second and I followed the directions exactly and it still came out with bubbles and marks left underneath. My boyfriend got the other (cheaper) alpha glass and had no issues, so I'm pretty upset that I spent more money for a more difficult product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The instructions made the install harder then it needed to be. A video of installation would have been helpful. Also stating that some of the air bubbles take atleast 24hrs to disappear would have been nice to know. Unless it was over looked by me. And price is outrageous compared to other products with the same quality in film.
