This is what every paring knife should be like. The serrated part gets the cut started quickly. I use it to cut up chicken hot dogs every morning for my dogs. Any regular knife will work one morning after sharpening, this little knife works every time, over and over. Also great for every other task, such as peeling potatoes, which I do with a paring knife, and just every other little paring knife task. Certainly recommend Rada. Great knives that can be dishwashered? with excellent results.

I purchased the Rada Serrated Regular Paring knives 20 plus years ago through a local church fundraising ... still using ... as sharp as the first day. I would rather use my Rada than my Cutco because of their light weight. Mine have the resin handles and only now are showing slight wear bc I have washed them in my dishwasher which is not recommended (sorry Rada) Due to my growing family it is time to place another order.
