I purchased this knife because I have a decades-old one given to me that I love. The donor told me the old knife had been made by Rada for Schreiber Cheese, the company where he worked. The blade on the new version is not as rigid, and the handle/blade length ratio differs so it is not as comfortable for my female hands.
