Rada knives are my favorite! The steak knives are no exception. They cut through steak like it was butter. I was cutting up potatoes and realized afterward that I had been using a steak knife, very impressed. I have the tomato knives as well and they are one of favorite kitchen tools, I suggest everyone get one!
