These are the sharpest knives I have ever owned. Wish I could put in the dishwasher but the silver tone gets discolored. Would highly recommend these knives.

I like the way the knives are made, each one is of outstanding quality. They are very sharp and seem to hold their edge. I owned a few many years ago and over the years and moving many times misplaced them. I am happy to once again be the owner of a fine steak knife made here in the USA. I also purchased the tomato slicing knife and it does fine work on a tomato.
