As always, Rada knives are great. I just hated the aluminum handle because it discolored in the dishwasher. The new handles make me happy!

I received 1 years ago and everyone fights over it. I bought 2 more so I could hide one for me. My son is a Head coach and I suggested he do this ad a fundraiser.

I had to get accustomed to using the parer. I learned to peel away from me instead of my former habit of peeling toward myself. Works fine and I’d recommend it to a friend. This is the second Rada paring knife in my knife block from a prior purchase so I use both of them. I recently had you ship a paring knife to my sister in San Luis Obispo,CA. She used mine while visiting and fell in love with it. So I decided she needed one too.

This is the second RADA paring knife I’ve owned. It’s the best. Recently I had a houseguest who thought it was wonderful. I thought I’d better order one for her before she comes back and steals mine!

We have been impressed with the Rada knives. Only had them a short time but we anticipate long term usage! They are very sharp, as knives should be! We will certainly reorder from RADA for our next knife needs!
